Wow. Vegas is awesome.

As soon as you get off of the airplane you are hit with an overwhelming attack of advertisements. After we got out of the airport (and by we I mean my suite minus Dean, as he had a slightly later flight) we went down to the strip and just started walking. The one thing that I noticed about walking in Vegas is that people have a much higher tendency to either run into other people (or things) while walking because they are most likely not paying attention to where they are going (they are too busy oggling at the latest sight to their left).

Last night we saw Ka, a Cirque de Soleil show. This show was simply amazing. The amount of production that goes into modern shows is astounding. There were fireworks, fireballs and arrows all on top of a giant 3-axis rotating stage. I have never seen anything else quite like it. If you ever get a chance to check out a Cirque show, you definitely should.

Also one last thing. I managed to double my money while gambling (which didn’t add up to much as I only played a dollar but it sure felt good). This trip has turned out to be the best spring break ever and I am sad to see it come to an end tonight. Thus I plan to make the best of it.
