This last month has passed in a hurry. It feels like it was just yesterday that I got back to Boston. Over the last few weeks I have spent much of my time commuting back and forth between my apartment and Olin. However that has come to an end seeing that graduation was on Sunday.
As the seniors walked proudly towards their seats, all I could feel was an overwhelming feeling of happiness. They had proved so many wrong, they had built a new college. After the ceremony all I could think about was that I thought it would never come. I had always imagined that 2006 would be there. After pondering about this for several days I began to realize that I treat Olin as more a grand experiment of cool things rather than an education institution whose goal is to graduate students. I guess it’s time to face reality.
That said I know that next year will rock. I am feeling it already.
